All modeling outputs, discount rates, and projections are mathematical estimations. Verify values prior to making investment decisions.
Secure Payment Layer
One-time premium downloads are securely billed via Stripe Checkout. BizToolkitPro does not collect or inspect credential numbers.
14-Day Delivery Refund
Due to digital delivery, reports are generally non-refundable unless a system error prevents report download or rendering.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using BizToolkitPro (referred to as "the Site", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our calculators and services.
2. Description of Service
BizToolkitPro provides web-based financial modeling tools, including but not limited to WACC, DCF, IRR, and NPV calculation interfaces. We also offer one-time premium add-ons allowing users to export custom calculation parameters as downloadable PDF advisory reports with structured Excel workbooks.

Important Professional Disclaimer
BizToolkitPro is a provider of general-purpose financial calculation software. The site, its models, outputs, reports, and calculators do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, or professional investment advice.
All projections, scenarios (bull/bear), and valuations (DCF share prices, WACC weight percentages) are generated automatically based on user inputs. They are based on mathematical assumptions and theoretical formulas that may not hold true in actual market conditions.
You assume full responsibility for validating the correctness of any calculations before making corporate allocations, signing loan agreements, buying securities, or conducting transactions. We strongly advise that you consult a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) prior to finalizing decisions.
4. Payments, Prices & Refunds
Certain features, such as premium PDF/HTML report exports, require payment.
- Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change. One-time payment items (such as the DCF Valuation Report at $29.00 or WACC Memo at $19.00) will be charged immediately through Stripe.
- Stripe Transactions: All payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. BizToolkitPro does not hold or inspect your private payment credential details.
- Refund Policy: Because report generation delivers immediate digital assets (custom R2 hosted files), all report sales are generally final. However, if a server exception prevents successful file rendering or email delivery, please contact our support desk with your Session ID within 14 days to request a full manual refund.
5. Permitted & Prohibited Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our calculators for personal or internal business analysis.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to crawl or stress-test our calculation APIs.
- Redistributing, white-labeling, or selling our calculators as your own standalone SaaS utilities.
- Reverse-engineering the root solvers, Brent algorithms, or markdown parser libraries in the codebase.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizToolkitPro, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of capital, business interruption, investment losses, or data corruption, arising out of your use or inability to use our tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent state or federal courts.
