- Personal Credentials: Your name, email address, and avatar image, provided securely when registering an account via Clerk Authentication.
- Calculation Snapshots: Inputs and outputs (e.g. debt balances, tax rates, growth rates, cash flow timelines) generated when executing calculators. If logged in, these are stored in Neon Database to populate your history. If not logged in, they remain volatile in browser session storage.
- Billing Details: Secure checkout session metadata (Order IDs, purchased products) handled directly by Stripe. BizToolkitPro does not collect or store credit card numbers.
- Usage Logs & Device Data: IP addresses (anonymized/hashed), browser types, page pathways, and session durations collected via PostHog Analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
BizToolkitPro uses your data to operate, support, and enhance our product offering:
- To compile and host custom HTML/PDF Advisory Memos and upload them to Cloudflare R2 storage.
- To display saved calculations in your personal dashboard for instant restoration.
- To verify billing entitlements and process refunds or chargebacks.
- To deliver payment confirmations, generated reports, and support responses using Brevo SMTP.
- To analyze usage metrics to patch calculation bugs and optimize mobile UI layouts.
4. Third-Party Sub-Processors
We partner with reliable sub-processors to power key services. Your data is only transmitted to these providers under strict privacy terms:

5. User Data Rights

- Right to Export: Download all of your saved calculations, settings, and profile details in JSON or Excel formats at any time.
- Right to Erasure: Initiate a profile and data deletion request. This removes your user profile, saved calculations, and orders from our active database.
- Right to Correction: Request updates or modifications to inaccurate information by submitting a correction request.
6. Data Retention Policy
Report file links generated in Cloudflare R2 are automatically scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after creation. Your calculation history on the dashboard remains active until you delete individual entries or request account closure.
